A. Registration Fees For Virtual Meeting

The registration fee to participants in the Virtual Meeting is 60 EUR and includes a CD-ROM with all presentations (including those of On Site Meeting) that will sent to registered participants after 31th July 2002


B. Payment

All payments must be received by September 15, 2002



C. Registration and Payment

To ensure your registration and safe transfer of your payment please follow the instructions below

Step 1:
Fill out the registration form (Section E) and submit it directly on line.

Step 2:
Upon submission of the registration form you will be prompted to complete a second form (payment form) with details of payment and registration fee.

Step 3:
Print out the payment form and send it by FAX: +34 923 224876

Payment by bank transfer (in EUROS): Please forward a copy of the bank draft with a printed copy of the payment form. Registration forms without a copy of the bank transfer will not be processed.

Payment with credit card: Please print out the payment form with the authorisation of payment and it by fax (securised payment).

Confirmation of registration will be sent upon receipt of registration form and clearance of payment.

Request for cancellation must be made in writing to the Organizing Committee. Cancellation fees will incur in a 10% charge.
